Service Description

This is a guided flow of movements. The best results will be for those who already know the form. The movements are relatively simple and can be followed on the go. These movements aide in drawing qi from around into the body to make qi abundant in the energy centres energizing and revitalizing the whole body. If you have no prior knowledge of the form, you can still join and will gain a number of benefits. After a number of sessions you will pick up the movements and enter a more flowing state.
