Together
A poem about our encounters with love and the people that this brings into our lives
A Poem
Together
I waited dear,
For you to appear,
Faith holding tight,
Burning bright,
Unshakingly right,
Unable to deny’t,
Felt deep in my heart,
Right from the start.
Alone and now,
Afraid to bow,
To the curtain,
Feeling uncertain,
Just before,
I close that door,
Unmistakable feeling,
Could I be dreaming?
Then as if,
Just like a wisp,
You float right in,
My heart begins to sing,
To have you near,
You allay my fears,
Stare in your eyes,
See the goodbyes.
Struggling to believe,
You decide to leave,
A prayer goes out,
To bring this full about,
Low are the chances,
My heart still dances,
My faith remains,
Like undying flames.
Meditation For The Poem
Some things we feel deep down at the very core of our being. Because we feel them at this depth within us, on some level we just know that they are true. Many such instances will become a part of your experience of life as you progress along your path. The clearer your perception becomes, the more accurate your interpretation of these internal feelings will be. It is in these moments that it is as if there is a synchronisation that occurs between the world outside and your interior landscape, until the two become one. As we develop ourselves still further on, it can become possible to be able to feel these intensely synchronistic moments arising before the actual events themselves have even occurred.
