The Lion's Roar
A poem about how to discover our authentic form of self-expression
The Lion's Roar
In the dark a creature waits in slumber,
Sitting, quietly contemplating in wonder,
Slowly building enigmatic courage within,
For many years this creature has remained unseen.
Until one day his time has come,
Fully awakened, his slumber becomes undone,
Here him thunder, hear him roar,
A thousand mountains shake in awe!
This unrelenting roar reverberating wild,
Strikes the Heart of every man, woman, and child,
A long-forgotten song begins to be sung,
Irreversible, the process has now begun.
